Roses, roses, I love you！The Fukuoka Autumn Rose Garden is now open for viewing!

AtJapan’sofFukuoka,a rose garden exhibition will begin this coming Saturday！At the rose garden in the Kurume Ishibashi Cultural Center, nearly 400 varieties and 2,600 rose plants will welcome the autumn season of bloom together with visitors. During the exhibition, the adjacent “Rokusuitei” teahouse will serve autumn rose-inspired cuisine and cakes, and on October 21 and 22, there will also be a special event—the “Rose Garden Concert
?,” offering a feast for the eyes, ears, and taste buds!
The Ishibashi Cultural Center isa cultural attraction inFukuoka,Japan. It also houses the Kurume City Art Museum, a library, flowing water features, and flower-lined paths. The environment is spacious and relaxing—visitors might want to spend an afternoon strolling and taking in the scenery at a leisurely pace.

1) From Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station, take a limited express train for 30 minutes / a rapid train for 40 minutes to reach Nishitetsu Kurume Station, then walk about 10 minutes
2) From Hakata Station, take a JR train to Kurume Station, then transfer to a Nishitetsu bus for about 15 minutes and get off at “Cultural Center Mae” (routes 1, 7, 8, 9, 20, 22, 25)
