Ocean Observatory Tower

The Ocean Observatory Tower, located by the sea at Busena Golf Resort, is extremely popular for offering a 360-degree view of the coral reef seabed. Gazing out over the colorful ocean, you can see tropical fish such as clownfish and swallowtail fish gracefully swimming about. Even on rainy or windy days, the waters remain calm, allowing you to still enjoy the underwater scenery. The view from the observatory tower is absolutely spectacular.

Admission & Opening Hours

Fees: Adults 1,000 yen, high school & university students 800 yen, children (ages 4 to junior high) 500 yen. ※Combo ticket (Ocean Observatory Tower + Sea Tour): Adults 2,000 yen, high school & university students 1,600 yen, children (ages 4 to junior high)　

Opening Hours: 9:00–18:00 (winter hours: 8:45–17:30)

Transportation

Transportation: Take bus No. 20 or 120 from Naha Airport and get off at the “Busena Resort” stop. Walk in the direction the bus was heading, turn left at the first traffic light, continue straight, then turn left after the parking lot on the left, and turn right onto the coastal road. Walk straight for 30 meters and you’ll see the free shuttle bus stop. Buses depart on the hour, at 20 past, and at 40 past, taking you to Busena Kaichu Park.
