The main Madame Tussauds museum is headquartered in London, UK. The Hong Kong branch opened in 2000 and displays approximately 100 wax figures of international, Chinese, and Hong Kong celebrities. These include the President of the People's Republic of China—, basketball star Yao Ming, football star Beckham, Hong Kong Olympic gold medalist Lee Lai Shan, famous entertainers Kelly Chen and Andy Lau, as well as the late stars Teresa Teng and Leslie Cheung.

Visiting Tips:

1. For wax figures such as Jackie Chan, Yao Ming, David Beckham, and Bruce Lee, museum staff can take photos for you. You can then claim your photos at the service desk at the exit with the provided receipt, though the price is not cheap.

2. Except for the wax figure of Jackie Chan at the entrance, you are allowed to take your own photos with the other figures using your personal camera. It’s best to bring your own camera, ensure it is fully charged beforehand, and bring enough memory cards, as opportunities to take photos with world-famous celebrities are rare.

Transportation

1. Take bus route 15C from the parking bay opposite Central Pier No. 6 to the Garden Road Peak Tram Lower Terminus in Central, then transfer to the Peak Tram to reach the Peak.

2. Take bus route 15 from Exchange Square in Central.

3. Take green minibus route 1 from the Public Transport Interchange at Hong Kong Station of the Airport Express.
