Xumu Platform is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Xumu Platform is located within Tuoli Township in the southern suburbs, 55 kilometers from Urumqi City, Xinjiang. At an elevation of 2,020 meters and covering an area of 3 square kilometers, it is a mountaintop grassland platform tourist area. The scenic spot is surrounded by mountains on three sides, embracing lush meadows within its embrace. Looking around, the area features overlapping peaks, while the gentle breeze brings the rustling of pine trees. In the distance, the city can be faintly seen. The area is covered with exuberant green grass and colorful wildflowers, resembling a vast and magnificent brocade gracefully laid across the mountain ridges.

Tuoli Township: The seat of the Tuoli Township government is located 37 kilometers southeast of the original site of the Urumqi County Government seat. The township borders Dabancheng to the east, Shuixigou Township to the west, Toksun County to the south, and Dawan Township and Chaoyiwubu Township to the north, covering an area of 1,123.88 square kilometers. In 1993, the population was 3,786, including 3,015 Kazakhs, 515 Han, 52 Uyghurs, 180 Hui, 4 Uzbeks, and 20 people of other ethnicities.
