Huiren Yongning Temple is a cultural tourism attraction.

Yongning Temple is one of the oldest and largest Buddhist temples still in existence in Huiren. Located in Nanxiaozhai Village, about 7.5 kilometers southeast of Huiren County, it was first built during the Yuan Dynasty and later expanded during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The temple faces south and has a rectangular layout, covering an area of nearly 5,000 square meters. Its main structures are arranged from south to north and extend progressively along the central axis, featuring, in succession, a music tower, lower Buddha hall, middle Buddha hall, and upper Buddha hall, with bell and drum towers situated between the music tower and the lower Buddha hall. All buildings in the temple are constructed of brick and wood, and the Buddha halls house over 60 clay sculptures of Buddha statues, with murals on the walls. Yongning Temple is a structurally rigorous, fully equipped, well laid-out, and magnificent Buddhist temple in northern Shanxi.
