Qinglong Lake Park has a total designed area of 160,000 square meters, including a water surface area of 90,000 square meters and a land area of 70,000 square meters, comprising Phase I and Phase II projects as well as auxiliary works. Phase I involved riverbank improvement and flood control, while Phase II focused on municipal construction. Both phases have now been completed. This year, auxiliary works for Qinglong Lake Park were carried out, including the completion of a fountain, sculptures, the transformation of Hualong Bridge, a lakeside beach, and relief walls among other facilities.

The landscape is divided into the following zones: Riding the Wind, Cruising the Mirror Lake, Sparse Woodland & Meadow, Leaning on Greenery to View Waves, Dragon Coiling in a Blessed Land, Who Determines Rise and Fall, Fish Leaping Over the Dragon Gate, and Lake Rhyme & Fishing Charm.

The functional areas are divided as follows: Sightseeing Zone, Water Activity Zone, Leisure Service Zone, Sports & Fitness Zone, Fishing & Leisure Zone, and Performance & Entertainment Zone.

Water Steps: Partial steps into the water are set up on the waterfront platform to ensure full interaction with the water while adapting to changing water levels, with safety considerations incorporated into the design.

Boat Dock: Facilitates access to the water for those wishing to board pleasure boats. Environmental protection is emphasized to prevent littering into the lake.

The construction and use of Qinglong Lake Park will further enhance the county’s urban flood control capacity, enrich the spiritual and cultural life of residents, elevate the city’s overall quality, and accelerate the formation of an urban layout featuring a leisure zone to the east, a commercial zone in the center, and a political center to the west.
