Also transliterated in Chinese as "Sangtamu," the site has been severely damaged, but two sections—eastern and western—can still be seen. The base of the western ruins is rammed earth, currently standing about 2 meters high, approximately 12 meters long from north to south, and around 7.5 meters wide from east to west, covering an area of about 90 square meters. Wall sections reveal a red brick-paved floor at a depth of 1 meter from the current ground surface. Remains of column bases can be found on the northern wall. The eastern part features a platform foundation, currently about 12.7 meters long from east to west, 17 meters long from north to south, covering an area of 215.9 square meters, with a remaining height of 2.5 meters. The walls show layers of wheat-straw plaster and square column bases. The ground is scattered with red pottery shards mixed with sand and glazed pottery fragments.
