The ancient city is roughly square in layout. The remaining city walls have a base width of 10 meters and a surviving height of 5 meters. The east wall is 66 meters long, the west wall 61 meters, and the north wall 58 meters. The south wall is not fully preserved. The area covers 3,828 square meters. Each of the east, north, and west walls has a bastion at the center, while the south wall features a gate that is 10 meters wide, with remnants of a barbican outside the gate. Inside the city, only a 0.5-meter-high earthen mound can be seen. The surface is covered with saline-alkali soil, and no artifacts are visible.
