Minchang Ashili Kazakh Ethnic Culture Park is located 35 kilometers southwest of Changji City. Here, you can ride sleds, snow bikes, and experience horseback riding on snow. Apart from the fun winter activities, the highlight is sitting in a warm Kazakh yurt and tasting authentic Kazakh smoked horse sausage and smoked horse meat—some of the most distinctive delicacies of Xinjiang. The park’s grand yurt is honored as the “No.1 Yurt in China,” and strolling through it, you’ll be immersed in the rich cultural atmosphere of the Kazakh people.

Transportation: Take bus No. 30 from the Changji City bus station and travel 35 kilometers west to reach the park.
