The Black Horse Science and Technology Park is a national AAA-level scenic area, located in the northern suburbs of Changji Prefecture, just 4 kilometers from Changji City. Covering an area of 260 acres, it is a comprehensive tourist destination integrating sightseeing, leisure vacations, swimming and fishing, as well as entertainment and dining.

Changji Prefecture is situated in the mid-temperate zone and features a typical continental arid climate, known for cold winters, hot summers, and significant day-night temperature variations. The area enjoys abundant sunshine, with an average annual temperature of 6.8°C. Summer rainfall is noticeably higher than in winter, making summer and autumn the best seasons for travel. It is a comprehensive tourist destination integrating sightseeing, leisure vacations, swimming and fishing, as well as entertainment and dining.

Features

The Black Horse Science and Technology Park is filled with lush trees and fragrant flowers. It houses six villas, eight Genghis Khan-style family yurts, and fully equipped multi-functional entertainment halls, suitable for conferences, friends’ gatherings, and other events. The special poultry, free-range chickens, young roosters, various vegetables, and mushrooms served at the park’s dining tables are all grown and raised on-site, offering delicious and healthy green food.
