Dongdalongkou Reservoir

The Dongdalongkou Reservoir is located 10 kilometers from the county seat of Jimusaer County. Its geographical coordinates are 88°55′ east longitude and 43°22′ north latitude. The reservoir lies at the mountain pass exit of low mountainous hills, with a maximum dam height of 27 meters, a crest length of 668 meters, a total storage capacity of 10,603 cubic meters, and a water surface area of 96.5 square kilometers. It has now been largely completed. Due to its proximity to the county seat, as well as its pleasant climate that is warm in winter and cool in summer, convenient transportation, and large water surface area, it is well-suited for developing water park projects such as yachting and boating. The project owner plans to develop the area into a tourist attraction in Jimusaer, intending to use construction waste to build an island in the center of the reservoir, and construct Tang-style pavilions, art galleries, lighting projects, and other features on the island, creating a leisure and vacation destination for tourists, as well as a place for entertainment and fishing.
