Jimusaer Beiting National Wetland Park

Jimusaer Beiting National Wetland Park is a national-level wetland park.

After being listed as one of Xinjiang's nine national wetland park pilot sites, the construction and planning of Jimusaer Beiting National Wetland Park has begun, with a total planned area of 1,492 hectares.

It mainly includes the Dongdalongkou water system—the moat area to the east and west of the ancient city of Beiting—and features six types of wetlands: permanent rivers, seasonal rivers, floodplain wetlands, herbaceous marshes, forested marshes, and artificial reservoirs and ponds. The area nurtures a rich variety of flora and fauna, including goitered gazelles, whooper swans, and camel thorns.
