Qiyi Beizui City Site is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

Qiyi Beizui City Site is located in Beizui Village, about 5 kilometers north of Qiyi Township, Guyuan County. The city measures 600 meters in width from east to west and 650 meters in length from north to south. It has an inner city that is 450 meters wide from north to south and 550 meters long from east to west. In the northeast corner of the city lies a small fortress measuring 100 meters on each side, surrounded by a barbican that is 96 meters long and 36 meters wide. The remaining sections of the city wall are 1–5 meters high, with a top width of 1 meter and a base width of 9.5 meters. Historical records indicate that the city was built during the Sui Dynasty. In the early Daye era, it served as the seat of Helou County. In the first year of the Shenlong era of the Tang Dynasty (701 AD), the county was abolished and replaced by Xiaoguan County. In the fifth year of the Dazhong era (852 AD), it became the administrative center of Wuzhou. The site survived through the Song and Yuan dynasties but was eventually abandoned during the Wanli era of the Ming Dynasty. This city is one of the better-preserved ancient city sites in Guyuan.

On July 21, 2014, Qiyi Beizui City Site was included in the seventh batch of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units.
