Dongbang Meditation Cave is located in Puke Village, Ado Township, Zaduo County, dating back to the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China period. It is classified as a cave site.

On July 13, 2018, Dongbang Meditation Cave was included in the third batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Zaduo County.

Ado Township: Ado Township is located in the eastern part of the county, bordering the Tibet Autonomous Region to the south. It is 29 kilometers away from the county seat. The population is 4,000, predominantly Tibetan, accounting for over 99% of the total. The area covers 2,737 square kilometers. It administers four pastoral committees: Jini, Waha, Puke, and Duojia.
