Era: Eastern Zhou Dynasty

Location: Xitong Village, Wangjiayuan Township, Jixian County

The site is located on an isolated terrace bounded by gullies to the north and south, overlooking the Yellow River to the west, and adjacent to an earthen rampart to the east. It is divided into two periods: the Yangshao and the Eastern Zhou. Artifacts from the Yangshao period include pottery items such as red clay basins with grid patterns, double-lipped pointed-bottom bottles, and bowls. Items from the Eastern Zhou period include gray pottery dou (food vessels), bowls, and jars. The site covers an area of 26,400 square meters. To the east, from the moat to Xitong Village, tombs from the same period have been discovered, yielding fragments of ritual bronze ding (tripod cauldrons), zun (wine vessels), and jade artifacts, all dating back to the Eastern Zhou Dynasty.
