Located in Wori Township, Xiaojin County, they were built in the 15th year of the Qianlong reign during the Qing Dynasty (1750 AD) by the Wori Pacification Commission and rebuilt during the Republican era. The hall faces the Wori River and is a single-structure building made of stone and wood, featuring five stories, triple eaves, and a pyramidal roof with four corners. It sits west to east in a rectangular shape, covering an area of 79.5 square meters, with a total height of 22.5 meters. It is a fusion of Han and Tibetan architectural styles, featuring Buddhist murals that were destroyed during the Cultural Revolution, with only fragments remaining today. Adjacent to the scripture hall is a watchtower, which has a rectangular floor plan and tapers upward from the base, forming a truncated cone shape, with a total height of 19 meters. Viewed across the river, the watchtower and scripture hall are enclosed by newly built houses, surrounded by fertile farmland.

Protected Area: The boundary is based on the outer edge of the structure. To the south, it is bounded by the edge of the farmland on the right side of the township government; to the north, by the wall of Chen Daiquan’s house. The total north-south length is 24 meters. To the east, it is bounded by the rural road; to the west, by the wall of An Shugui’s house.

Construction Control Zone: Extends 9 meters outward from the protected area center to the east and south; to the north, it is bounded by the wall of Chen Daiquan’s house; to the west, by the wall of An Shugui’s house.

Wori Town: A township under the jurisdiction of Xiaojin County. Established as Guanzhai Township in 1952, renamed Wori Commune in 1962, changed to Dongfeng Commune in 1966, and reverted to a township in 1978. It is located in the southern part of the county, 18 kilometers from the county seat. The area covers 99 square kilometers with a population of 3,000. It administers six village committees: Guanzhai, Mulan, Huangjiashan, Gangu, Zhaixiao, and Sebulong. The main agricultural products are wheat, corn, broad beans, and potatoes.
