Mianxi Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Wenchuan County. It served as the county seat of Wenchuan in 1512, became a commune in 1958, a township in 1980, and merged with Yulong Township in 1992 to form Mianrong Town. Located in the northeastern part of the county, it is 15 kilometers from the county seat. Covering an area of 248 square kilometers with a population of 9,000, National Highway 213 passes through the town.
