[Luocheng Town, Xiaobei Street • Qing Dynasty • City (County) Cultural Relics Protection Unit] was built in the 53rd year of the Qianlong reign (1788). It faces east and covers a site area of 1,028 square meters, with a construction area of about 600 square meters. The layout is that of a quadrangle courtyard, with the existing front hall, main hall, rear hall, corridors, and wing rooms. The front hall has a stone-and-timber structure, a width of three bays totaling 11.1 meters, a depth of three bays totaling 7.5 meters, and an overall height of 7.5 meters. It features a post-and-lintel beam frame, a flush gable roof, prismatic stone eave columns, and carved angle braces. The main hall also has a stone-and-timber structure, a width of three bays totaling 11.1 meters, a depth of three bays totaling 8.2 meters, and an overall height of 7.68 meters, sitting on a plain base 0.5 meters high. It has a hip-and-gable roof and a post-and-lintel beam frame. The central bay features prismatic stone eave columns 4.2 meters high, with a coffered ceiling under the eaves. The rear hall is timber-framed, with a width of three bays totaling 13.9 meters, a depth of three bays totaling 7.2 meters, and an overall height of 7.7 meters. It uses a post-and-lintel beam frame and a flush gable roof. The eave columns are 4 meters high with a diameter of 0.21 meters. The south wing room connects to the main hall and front hall, with a width of one bay 3.4 meters, a depth of one bay 2.8 meters, and is connected to the corridor of the hall via passageways, forming a square corridor space; the south wing room also has a section nine bays wide (36.5 meters) and two bays deep (3.2 meters), with corridors at both ends linking to the front and rear halls. It was designated as a cultural relics protection unit of Guanghan City in July 1990.
