Huacheng Fruit Township is situated in the 7,800-mu fruit production and planting base with Hongwu Village and Lianfeng Village in Huaigai Town, Anzhou District, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province as its core areas. The region features rich natural resources, a stunning environment, and excellent soil and water quality. It primarily grows fruits such as pears, peaches, kiwifruit, pomelos, loquats, and strawberries, including over 3,000 mu of peaches, 2,600 mu of pears, 1,000 mu of pomelos, 600 mu of loquats, 600 mu of kiwifruit, and 50 mu of greenhouse-strawberries. In spring, peach blossoms and pear blossoms bloom competitively, vying in beauty; in summer, pomelo flowers fill the air with a refreshing fragrance; in autumn, the bountiful fruit harvest is particularly eye-catching, attracting a large number of visitors from inside and outside the county and city. Visitors can enjoy sightseeing and leisure, flower viewing and photography, as well as fruit picking experiences. They can also go boating on the lake, fishing, and farming, while experiencing traditional agricultural customs, purchasing local specialties, and tasting farmhouse dishes.

Huaigai Town: A town under the jurisdiction of An County. It is a provincial pilot town for small-town construction and a national hybrid rice seed production base. Established as Huaji Township in 1948 and upgraded to a town in 1953, it is located in the southeastern part of the county, 17 kilometers from the county seat. Covering an area of 94 square kilometers with a population of 42,000, it is traversed by the An (County)–Mian (Yang) Highway.
