Xingfu Qili Tourist Scenic Area is a National AAA-level Tourist Attraction.

Xingfu Qili Tourist Scenic Area is situated in the core area of the "Kiwi and Grape Corridor Demonstration Area" construction in Anzhou District. Approved as a National 3A-level tourist attraction on January 16, 2017, the site borders S418 Highway and lies about 6.8 km from the Baolin exit of the Chengdu-Mianyang Expressway, roughly 13 km from Anzhou District, and around 3 km from the town center of Tashui. Spanning an area of approximately 4.16 square kilometers, the scenic area encompasses four villages—Longqiao, Qili, Gaoguan, and Shuangnian—with its core zone located in Qili Village.

In recent years, the scenic area has successfully hosted premium festive events such as the Folk Lantern Festival, Peach Blossom Festival, Electronic Music Carnival, and Grape Picking Festival. Through these cultural tourism activities, it has effectively boosted local employment and increased income for residents in both the town and surrounding areas.

The "321" characteristic industries within the scenic area have grown notably, including 3,000 mu of grapes, 2,000 mu of dual-purpose high-quality peaches (for both fruit and flowers), and 1,000 mu of citrus and kiwi fruits. The area boasts over 20 natural green grape gardens featuring varieties such as Ruby Roman, Muscat Bailey A, Kyoho, and Black Beet. Infrastructure in the scenic area continues to improve, with integrated agricultural projects upgrading 4 km of roads, adding 7 roadside micro-landscapes, and constructing a new 2,000-square-meter ecological parking lot. There are 9 distinctive family farms, 3 processing enterprises, and 6 leisure agritainment farms, forming a comprehensive agro-tourism eco-park that integrates science education, sightseeing, fishing, dining, grape picking, farming experiences, health, and wellness.

Located in the northwest of Sichuan, Xingfu Qili Tourist Scenic Area is not only rich in history and cultural depth but also possesses a uniquely vibrant land energy and mystical geographical spirit. Nestled at the tail end of the Longmen Mountain Range and lying beside the Shenquan River, the village slopes from east to west, offering panoramic views of surrounding peaks. Dominated by characteristic agriculture and cultural attractions, the Xingfu Qili Scenic Area features thriving orchards and vegetable farms, as well as well-preserved folk culture from northwestern Sichuan. Natural highlights include the Flying Rock, White Horse Temple, Centennial Red Bean Tree, and Dragon-Horse Bamboo Grove, while man-made attractions comprise crisscrossing paths, the Drunken Grape Countryside, Cherry Blossom Avenue, and Peach Blossom Gardens. Here, “the frost ripens golden rice, and songs echo in the air; red lanterns adorn pavilions aloft, while scholarly readings fill the scene.” It is a place where “you can see the mountains, gaze upon the waters, and cherish the nostalgia of home.”
