Address: Nandazhang Village, Xihuo Town, Zhangzi County

Originally built during the Eastern Han Dynasty, the temple has been reconstructed multiple times throughout the dynasties, with the current structures dating back to the Ming and Qing periods. It faces south and features a single-courtyard layout. Existing buildings include more than 50 ancient structures such as the mountain gate, theater stage, offering pavilion, main hall, side halls, bell tower, drum tower, side rooms, corridors, and wing rooms. The main hall is three bays wide and five rafters deep, with a single-eave flush gable roof.
