The Stone Buddha Temple Ruins are a Chongqing Municipal Cultural Heritage Protection Unit.

The Stone Buddha Temple Ruins are located in Zhongdu Village, De Gan Subdistrict, Jiangjin District, dating from the Song to the Qing dynasties.

In 2019, the Stone Buddha Temple Ruins were announced by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government as part of the third batch of Chongqing Municipal Cultural Heritage Protection Units.

De Gan Subdistrict: De Gan Subdistrict Office of Jiangjin City is situated in the northern urban area of Jiangjin, a modern landscape garden city under construction, 40 kilometers from downtown Chongqing. It covers an area of 131.6 square kilometers with a population of 88,500. The subdistrict is interconnected by highways, railways, and ports, forming a comprehensive network. Four main roads — Yu-Jin, De-You, De-Lin, and De-Sheng — run through the area, along with the Chengdu-Chongqing Railway, which traverses the entire subdistrict.
