Changgou Cliff Tomb Cluster
The Changgou Cliff Tomb Cluster is a cultural heritage protection unit of Chongqing Municipality.
The Changgou Cliff Tomb Cluster dates back to the Eastern Han Dynasty and is located in Shuihu Village, Bolin Town, Jiangjin City.
The Changgou Cliff Tomb Cluster is among the first batch of cultural heritage protection units designated by Chongqing Municipality.
Bolin Town: Located in the southern frontier of Jiangjin, Bolin lies between 28°37′–28°52′ north latitude and 106°32′–106°20′ east longitude, bordering Xishui County of Guizhou Province and Qijiang District of Chongqing. It is 83 kilometers from Jiangjin’s urban district, 90 kilometers from central Jiangjin, and 140 kilometers from downtown Chongqing. The terrain of the town slopes from south to north, with altitudes mostly ranging from 800 to 1,700 meters. The highest point, Wugongba, stands at 1,709 meters above sea level, while the lowest area is at 245 meters, resulting in a relative elevation difference of about 1,450 meters.
