Nan Bamboo Mountain Forest Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Nan Bamboo Mountain is located in the northeast of Nanchuan City, Chongqing. The park is 20 kilometers from the urban area of Nanchuan District, with a planned total area of 866.67 hectares, including a core tourism area of 2,456 mu. The average altitude ranges from approximately 591 to 900 meters. Nan Bamboo Mountain combines "seclusion, beauty, and tranquility" in one, and has been highly praised by domestic and international experts as a provincial-level forest park with significant development value. It is also referred to by locals in Chongqing as a massive natural air conditioner.

Nan Bamboo Mountain has 1,893 mu of forested land (pine forest), 491 mu of bamboo forest, an olive garden and a flower garden covering 153 mu, as well as 72 mu of planted area. The total living wood volume is 24,121.864 cubic meters, and the bamboo stock amounts to 1,964 tons. The mountain boasts uniquely rich tourism resources, featuring undulating terrain and stretching across 16 peaks. The park includes attractions such as a zoo, a flower garden, an olive garden, a zoo, a bamboo sea, Bamboo Sea Villa, an artificial lake, and the Xixin Pavilion (Tranquil Heart Pavilion). There are hundreds of species of flowers and plants, making it an ideal destination in Chongqing for tourism, sightseeing, summer retreats, and convalescence.
