Chongqing Zhoujunji Hotpot Food Co., Ltd., formerly known as Chongqing Sanjiu Hotpot Base Factory, was established in 1993 with a current registered capital of 11 million yuan. It is one of the leading enterprises in the production of hotpot bases and seasonings in Chongqing, and has been recognized and selected as a key enterprise in Jiulongpo District, a vice-chair unit of the Chongqing General Chamber of Commerce, a national-level key agricultural industrialization leading enterprise, a vice-chair unit of the China Condiment Association, a Chongqing Industrial Design Experience Center, the chair committee member of the Hotpot Seasoning Professional Committee of the China Condiment Association, a National Hundred Demonstration Unit for Food Safety, a teaching and research internship base for the Food Science College of Southwest Agricultural University, and a “National Industrial Tourism Demonstration Site.” The company owns one China Well-Known Trademark — “Zhoujunji” — and two Chongqing Famous Trademarks: “Xiangshui” and “Zhoujunji Nanshan.” It has successively passed ISO9001 and HACCP certifications, and was among the first in the condiment industry to obtain the Green Food certification mark.
