Evergreen Park is situated in the eastern part of Longhua District, Haikou City, Hainan Province, along the middle section of Binhai Avenue, with a total area of 1,070 acres. The park is uniquely characterized by its tropical coastal scenery and ecological landscape gardening, integrating the blue sky, green waters, open fields, and modern skyscrapers. It mainly showcases tropical ornamental plants from Hainan, as well as a variety of tropical and subtropical ornamental plants from around the world, vividly reflecting the features of a tropical vista, coastal allure, and an international-level tourist destination.

Evergreen Park is divided into 16 scenic areas and numerous attractions, offering diverse and rich landscapes. The 16 scenic areas include the Entrance Area, Plaza Area, Inner Lake Area, Children’s Play Area, Lawn Area, Bamboo Grove Area, Tropical Ornamental Plants Area, Golf Driving Range, and more.

Evergreen Park is the largest open tropical coastal ecological garden landscape in Haikou City and a great leisure and recreation spot for both tourists and local residents. The park is planted with nearly ten thousand tropical and subtropical ornamental plants, primarily coconut trees, representing hundreds of species and presenting a vibrant tropical garden scene. Evergreen Park features designated tree-planting areas for dignitaries, social organizations, and individual citizens. Strolling through the park, visitors are greeted with blue skies, white clouds, lush green lawns, and shimmering blue seas—offering a serene escape from the urban hustle and allowing one to enjoy the harmonious blend of humanity and nature, thus fostering a pleasant mood.
