The Hainan Creative Science and Technology Museum is a science education base.

The Hainan Creative Science and Technology Museum is located at No. 42 Binhai Avenue, within the Hainan International Creative Port in Haikou. It was recognized as a professional science and technology museum in May 2011 and is currently the first comprehensive industrial innovation and industry-academia-research popularization platform in China that integrates and connects the creative industry with high-tech. The museum covers a total area of 2,200 m² and houses five functional platforms, including product design, product experience, and rapid prototyping. It displays over 2,000 sets of creative products (works), showcasing Hainan-characteristic cultural tourism products, ethnic handicrafts, hotel supplies, high-end luxury goods, and more through physical objects, models, images, and equipment. Additionally, visitors can experience the 3D printing process of products on-site via 3D printing equipment, gaining an understanding of the entire journey from creative design and data scanning to printing and branding. The museum also regularly hosts Hainan cultural and creative design activities, promotes popular science knowledge about creative design, and supports the development of Hainan’s modern service industry.

In February 2015, the "SPDB-SAIC Mobile Science and Technology Museum," donated by the Shanghai Science Education Development Foundation, was established at the Hainan Creative Science and Technology Museum, further enriching its educational offerings. Thirty mobile science exhibits, hands-on materials, and popular science derivative products such as books were introduced. Interactive displays including "Human Levitation," "Hand-Cranked Power Generation," "Laser Panpipes," "Contrast Vortex," "Walking Through Walls," "Virtual Table Tennis," and "Solar-Powered Two-Wheeled Vehicles" use fun and educational methods to make science accessible and engaging. Children can enjoy the fusion of creativity and technology while learning about creative science and technology.
