South Xinhua Road
Parallel to Bo’ai Road, Xinhua Road is divided into two sections—South Xinhua Road and North Xinhua Road—by Jiefang Road. It is the electronics street of Haikou’s Qilou Old Street. The entrance to the Jurenfang Community is located on South Xinhua Road, a lively old neighborhood that has become much more attractive after being renovated under the “Double Creation” initiative.
