The Cai Family Ancient Tomb Cluster is a cultural heritage site protected at the Hainan Provincial level.

The Cai Family Ancient Tomb Cluster is located in Zuntan Town, Longhua District, Haikou City, dating from the Song to Qing dynasties. It is a cultural heritage site protected at the Hainan Provincial level.

Protected area: the heritage protection zone extends 21 meters eastward, 13.4 meters southward, 9.6 meters westward, and 22.3 meters and 11.1 meters northward from the perimeter wall of the tomb cluster.

Zuntan Town: Zuntan Town is located in the southern part of Haikou City, situated in the heart of the Yangshan region, and is one of the more remote towns in Haikou. It borders Longquan Town to the east, Xinpo Town to the south, Dongshan Town to the west, and Yongxing Town to the north. The town has 7 village committees, 87 natural villages, 75 economic cooperatives, 4,640 households, and a total population of 21,655. It is an agricultural town with 35 old villages, covering a total area of 66.67 square kilometers, with a total cultivated land area of 29,093 mu, including 5,846 mu of paddy fields and 2,347 mu of sloping fields.
