The Daimai Site is a cultural heritage site protected at the Hainan Province level.

The Daimai Site is located in Qingsong Township, Baisha Li Autonomous County, dating back to the Neolithic Age. It is a cultural heritage site protected at the Hainan Province level.

Protected area: The boundary is defined by the heritage site itself, extending 30 meters eastward, 27 meters southward, 41 meters westward, and 46 meters northward.

Qingsong Township: I. Geographic Environment

Qingsong Township is situated in the southwestern part of Baisha County, nestled in the eastern mountainous region of Bawangling. It borders Nancha to the east, Changjiang County to the west, Guangya to the north, and Nankai Township to the south. Covering a total area of 276.5 square kilometers, the township encompasses six major peaks, with mountainous terrain making up the vast majority of the land. There are seven rivers of varying sizes in the area, including key water systems in Hainan Province such as the Changhua River and the Nandu River, which both originate here. The local climate is warm and rainy, and the soil is fertile, making it suitable for cultivating various tropical crops and developing high-efficiency agriculture.
