Quanzhou Xiangshan Brewing Ecological Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Guilin Xiangshan Brewing Ecological Park is located in the South Industrial Park of Quanzhou County. It currently operates three specialized bases for brewing, wine storage, and exports, making it a uniquely industrial-themed tourist attraction in our county. The traditional brewing techniques of Xiangshan Wine have been included in the Guangxi Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection List. Xiangshan Old Jar and Gui No. 1 have won the Gold Award for three consecutive years in the “Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi-Guangxi-Fujian-Chongqing Baijiu Quality Evaluation Event,” and Xiangshan Old Jar Fifteen-Year was awarded a gold medal at the Brussels International Spirits Competition held in Guiyang in 2015.

According to expert research, ancient Quanzhou, located at the core of the “World’s Cradle of Grain, Origin of Pottery, and Ancestral Home of Humanity,” is the birthplace of rice wine brewing in China and even the world. To this day, Quanzhou remains representative of rice wine both in China and globally. In ancient times, due to food scarcity, the brewing industry faced certain restrictions. The significant development and progress of Xiangshan Winery can be attributed entirely to the prosperous era of national wealth and abundant grain supply.
