“Liushanjie Water Park” refers to the landscape along the river section from Yangshuo County to Puyi Township. It is known as the “Diamond Waterway.” This is the lower reaches of the Li River, stretching 20 kilometers in one way, with a round-trip journey of 40 kilometers. The 40-square-kilometer area on both sides of the Li River belongs to the water park, essentially an extension of the Yangshuo Li River scenic line. The boat trip takes about four hours round trip.

The scenic area extends from Liushanjie Songdi to the ancient town of Fuli and Puyi Township, featuring a dense concentration of attractions along both banks of the Li River: across from the dock is the “Dragon Group Greeting Guests,” the Cao Ye Reading Rock beneath Swan Mountain, and as you approach the Li River Bridge, you can look back to see Bilian Peak. After passing the bridge, the east bank offers beautiful scenery such as Baisha Fishing Fires and the Shutong Mountain area, all set in a picturesque environment. The Liushanjie Live-Action Theater is the essence of the Li River landscape. Other highlights include Zhuobi Peak, Old Man Leading Horse Up the High Mountain, Thumb Peak, and Lion Peak, followed by the Scholar Reading the List on Lion Peak. From there, you can enjoy the Liugong Three Pools.

From majestic mountains and beautiful waters to cultural elegance, you can experience a different charm compared to the upstream sections. Cruising along this river stretch offers natural delight and leisurely enjoyment, allowing you to alternate between water and land exploration, making the experience uniquely refreshing. Transportation

1. Board the boat at Yangshuo Foreign Affairs Dock. The departure time is 9:30 AM daily (an additional afternoon departure at 3:00 PM is available during peak tourist season). Arrival back in Yangshuo is around 1:00 PM (this is the round-trip duration for the Li River cruise).

Note: This boat tour covers the 18-kilometer downstream section of the Li River from Yangshuo County to Liugong Village in Puyi Township, taking approximately three hours. Passengers cannot disembark or make stops along the way.

2. Alternatively, you may choose to explore the highlight section by bicycle or on foot.
