Before setting off, the guide warns: ahead lies fast-flowing water, narrow riverbeds, and numerous rapids... instantly getting everyone’s adrenaline pumping, creating a tense atmosphere akin to the eve of battle. The guide also instructs: grip the handles on both sides of the raft tightly, keep your arms inside the raft, sit upright in the center, maintain balance, stay calm, cooperate with your partner, and forge bravely ahead...

Rafting along Yangshuo’s Dragon's Neck River takes about two hours, covering a distance of 4.5 kilometers with a total drop of 220 meters.
