Yangshuo Qixianfeng Tea Garden: China’s most beautiful tea terraces

Qixianfeng Tea Garden is located in Yangshuo County, Guilin City. It mainly consists of seven continuous mountains that rise like clouds, resembling the Big Dipper descending to earth. With tea plants planted along the hillsides, rolling green ridges extend as far as the eye can see in soft layers of green, earning it the reputation of “China’s most beautiful tea terraces.” To be honest, I think it might just be the most beautiful tea terraces in the world too—haha！

This is a four-star rural tourism destination that combines tea cultivation and management with eco-tourism in the tea gardens. Many log cabins are scattered across the emerald-green sea of tea, offering a uniquely natural experience for tea tasting, dining, and sightseeing. Nearby the thousand-acre tea fields lies the hundred-li Xincun ten-thousand-mu specialty kumquat base. Together, the kumquats and green tea form a leisure tourism route symbolizing “big luck (kumquats) and great fortune (green),” where you can enjoy tea and fruit picking in a green, healthy environment—a place well worth visiting (highly recommended)!
