Yu Long Bridge

Yu Long Bridge is located in Baisha Town, Yangshuo County. It is a historic single-arch stone bridge, and on the bridge stands a Victory over Japan Monument, which holds significant historical value.

Yu Long Bridge is not far from the Golden Dragon Bridge Pier, one of the starting points for the Yu Long River rafting trip, about a ten-minute walk away. As you step onto the stone bridge, you can feel its time-worn history. The "Victory over Japan Monument" on the bridge commemorates the villagers' spontaneous battle against Japanese invaders in 1944, which lasted for dozens of days and ended in victory. The ancient trees at the bridgehead are lush, and the black-tiled houses nearby also exude a timeless charm.

Transportation Guide

Bus

Take a Yangshuo to Jinbao bus (heading towards Baisha Town) from Yangshuo Bus Station, get off at the entrance of Yulong Village. The fare is 5 RMB per person.

Cycling

Cycle from Yangshuo along the Yu Long River upstream, approximately a 2-hour ride.

Private Car

Hiring a car to Yu Long Bridge takes about 15 minutes, costing 40–50 RMB per car (for up to 7 passengers).
