Sanqianli Landscape, Culture & Humanities Resort is located in the prime section of the Li River tourist area in Xingping, Yangshuo. It neighbors the real-life backdrop of the 20 RMB banknote and is close to famous attractions such as Nine-Horse Mural Hill, Huangbu Reflection, and President Fishing Village. The project boasts a prime location—46 km from downtown Guilin, 26 km from Yangshuo County, and just 6 km from Yangshuo High-Speed Railway Station, a 6-minute drive away, with high-speed rail access to the Greater Bay Area within 3 hours.

With a total investment of about 3 billion RMB and covering an area of over 2,200 acres, the Sanqianli project has been included in the major projects promoted at the level of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Themed around "Fishing, Woodcutting, Farming, and Reading," the project features an overall plan with five functional zones: Time Xingping (a cultural tourism district), Pastoral Symphony (an eco-agricultural tourism area), Dream Zicun (a pastoral resort residential area), Clear Song Woodcutters (a mountain leisure tourism zone), and Idle Cloud Valley (a conference and resort area). It forms a leisure and wellness resort town centered on vacation experiences and integrating hotels, dining, entertainment, cultural creativity, family activities, education, performances, sports, health care, and business conferences.

The project is developed in three phases. Phase one focuses on time-themed culture, leveraging the landscape and water resources along the Dayuan River to create a culturally distinctive creative town by the Li River. Phase two centers on pastoral ecological recreation, targeting mainstream future family travelers. Phase three highlights mountain wilderness charm, offering mountain leisure, specialty campsites, wellness retreats, and conference resorts, primarily aimed at high-end vacationers and business conference guests.
