Jiangyu Dream Town is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Jiangyu Dream Town is located next to the Yilingyan Scenic Area on the middle section of Nanzhong Avenue in Nanning, within the city’s leisure and resort district. The planned Wuming Line of Nanning Rail Transit will create an urban living circle connecting the town with the city center. Covering a total area of approximately 4,000 acres, the project will develop into a large-scale cultural tourism resort destination that combines eco-tourism, the wedding industry, folk culture experiences, leisure vacations, cultural entertainment, outdoor sports, and high-end residential living. It is also a major cultural tourism project prioritized by Wuming District.

A 4,000-acre cultural tourism blueprint where vacation life blossoms

Spanning approximately 4,000 acres, Jiangyu Dream Town is divided into a 3,000-acre cultural tourism section and a 1,000-acre residential section. The 3,000-acre cultural tourism section plans to build three major themed areas: a large-scale wedding industry park, a Luoyue ethnic culture industrial park, and a Flying Camp, featuring over 100 distinctive projects. This section will be developed into a unique cultural tourism area characterized by romantic wedding-themed parks, diverse ethnic cultural heritage, karst mountain landscapes, and new agricultural resort experiences. It will integrate Luoyue ethnic culture experiences, one-stop wedding services, landscape-based experiential tourism, wellness vacations, and urban agritainment. The 1,000-acre residential section will include the construction of villas, high-rise buildings, and supporting residential facilities such as education, commerce, healthcare, and wellness. In the future, the town will become a comprehensive cultural tourism and leisure city capable of accommodating a population of 60,000, featuring tourism, the wedding industry, folk culture experiences, leisure entertainment, wellness vacations, and high-end living. It will also serve as a representative eco-cultural tourism town with distinctive Chinese characteristics.

Wedding Industry Park

Jiangyu Dream Town has faithfully recreated the appearance of Hallstatt Town in Austria, Europe, and in collaboration with hundreds of well-known enterprises, has adopted a comprehensive development model across the entire wedding industry chain. It will build a wedding commercial district integrating a bridal photography base, crystal wedding chapels, wedding banquets, wedding shopping malls, and honeymoon hotels, creating a full-industry wedding industry park.

Luoyue Ethnic Culture Industrial Park

Relying on Guangxi’s rich ethnic culture, Jiangyu Dream Town has developed the Luoyue Ethnic Culture Industrial Park. It features theme villages based on elements of the Zhuang, Yao, Miao, and Dong ethnic groups, constructing a complete and unique cultural tourism and leisure ecosystem for vacation experiences and lifestyles, offering a heartfelt tribute to Nanning.

Flying Camp

Leveraging the natural resources within the site, Jiangyu Dream Town has created a comprehensive camp integrating sports leisure and outdoor camping. It includes high-altitude ziplines through the mountains, aerial walkways, mountaintop leisure cafes, natural rock climbing, mountaintop bungee jumping, hot air balloon rides, and RV campsites. It promotes a pure outdoor lifestyle and brings a brand-new outdoor sensory experience to the city.

In the town, mountains and lakes are the two essential elements of health. The continuous expanse of pristine karst mountain forests is forming an ecological and elegant living circle.
