A cultural relic protection unit of Yongning District, dating back to the Qing Dynasty. It is located at the northern end of Xinjiang Street in Xinjiang Town, Yongning District. Currently managed by the Yongning District Cultural Relics Management Office under the Yongning District Culture and Sports Bureau. The bridge served as a vital transportation route between Pumiao and Bajie, spanning the Xinjiang River. It is a five-arched bridge—Huangci Bridge (also known as Xinjiang Grand Bridge). According to the inscription: the bridge was primarily constructed in the 17th year of the Daoguang reign during the Qing Dynasty (1837 AD) through the generous contribution of Li Qiaoran (1784–1843), a martial scholar from Yongzhou who was appointed as a military officer. He selflessly funded the project for the benefit of the local people. Having stood for over 150 years, the bridge remains intact. In 1974, during road repairs, the bridge deck was covered with gravel and new cement railings were added. Five stone steles stand along the roadside at the eastern end of the bridge. The entire stone bridge is built from large sandstone blocks, featuring four piers and five arches. The two end arches are slightly lower than the three central ones, and the structure follows the terrain along the riverbank, which aids in flood prevention and water discharge.

Xinjiang Town: Located in the eastern part of Yongning District, Nanning City, Xinjiang Town is 16 kilometers from the district government seat. The Yongning–Qinzhou provincial highway runs through the town, and the Nanning Outer Ring Expressway passes through with an exit. The Xinjiang–Nama Road connects to the Guitai Expressway and the North–South Second-Class Highway. The total area of Xinjiang Town is 165 square kilometers, including 85,900 mu of arable land, 96,900 mu of forestland, 6,400 mu of construction land, 78,100 mu of protected agricultural land, and an average of 2.57 mu of arable land per person.
