Danzhu Town: Danzhu Town has a long history. According to the Pingnan County Annals, from the second to the twelfth year of the Zhenguan era in the Tang Dynasty, it was the seat of Qinchuan County. During the Republican era, it was known as Beiyi District or Danzhu Port. In January 1950, when the Pingnan County People's Government was established, it was called Danzhu District. In September 1984, it was renamed Danzhu Town. The town currently administers 8 villages and 1 street, and is one of the key towns in Guangxi.

Danzhu Town is located on the northern bank of the Xijiang River in the eastern part of Pingnan County, covering a total area of 94.34 square kilometers.
