The protected area extends 0.5 km from Sucun to Wangcun and 0.5 km north from the Guancheng River. The controlled zone spans one kilometer north of the Guancheng River and one kilometer to the east and west. One kilometer north of the Guancheng River and one kilometer to the east and west is designated as the controlled zone.

GUANCHENG TOWN: Guancheng Town is located in the northern part of Pingnan County, 15 kilometers from the county seat. It borders Anhuai Town to the east, Pingnan Town and Huancheng Town to the south, and Tonghe Town and Malian Township to the west. The town covers an area of 203 square kilometers, with 120,000 mu of forested land suitable for afforestation, 55,608 mu of arable land, including 43,568 mu of paddy fields and over 12,040 mu of dry land. There are 17 village committees, 88 natural villages, and 511 villager groups in the town.
