The tomb is the center of the protected area, with a 30-meter protection zone and a 50-meter controlled zone surrounding it. A 50-meter controlled zone is designated around the tomb.

Liuchen Town: Located in the southwest of Pingnan County, about 50 kilometers from the county seat, Liuchen Town borders Simian and Pingshan towns to the southeast, adjoins Youma, Madong, and Luoxiu townships of Guiping City to the west, and connects with Daxin Town to the north. Surrounded by mountains on the southeast and west sides, it is part of the foothills of the Dayan Mountain range, mostly consisting of hills 100 to 200 meters high, covering 75% of the town's total area. The northern part is a plain. The Rongtai Highway runs through the center of the town. The town covers an area of 232.7 square kilometers, has 20 village committees, over 800 villager groups, and a total population of more than 70,000, of which 95% are agricultural residents, all of whom are Han Chinese.
