Taishan Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument
The Taishan Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument is a cultural relic protection unit of Fengkai County.
In October 1982, to commemorate the 26 martyrs who sacrificed their lives in Pingfeng during the Great Revolution in 1925 and the 54 martyrs who died fighting bandits in Fengkai County in 1950, the Fengkai County Committee and County Government built the Taishan Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument on Taishan Mountain. In 1985, it was designated as a county-level cultural relics protection unit. Today, the Taishan Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument has become an important site in Fengkai County for honoring the martyrs and carrying forward revolutionary traditions. It holds practical significance for conducting patriotic education among young people and strengthening their sense of patriotism.
