The Office Building of the Zhuzhou General Locomotive Works of the Canton–Hankow Railway is a cultural relic protection unit of Hunan Province.

The Party Committee Office Building of CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. was completed in 1948. The building has a linear floor plan, with a three-story central section featuring a red clay roof and overhanging eaves; the two-story ends slightly project, with parapets and no eaves. Small square glass windows and deep red spandrel walls form horizontal lines, creating an open, bright, and simple aesthetic. The modest canopy conveys a sense of weightiness. It is a work that combines traditional style with modern architectural language. The entire red clay roof not only symbolizes the Party's red memories but also inspires CRRC employees to keep moving forward. The company advances with the times and moves forward with reform. The Party building within the enterprise leverages the power of the "red engine," transforming the political advantages of the Party organization into the enterprise’s development and competitive advantages.

In 2019, the Office Building of the Zhuzhou General Locomotive Works of the Canton–Hankow Railway was approved as part of the tenth batch of provincial-level cultural relic protection units in Hunan Province.
