Yuanjia Town: Located in the southeastern part of Jihe County, Yuanjia Town is 11 kilometers from the county seat of Jihe, at an elevation of 275 meters. The town covers an area of 25.08 square kilometers, and administers 2 neighborhood committees, 13 administrative villages, and 1 additional neighborhood committee, with a population of 16,179. The area has well-developed transportation, with Provincial Highway S322 running east to west through the town. A 10-kilometer-long Foundry Industry Street stretches from north to south, making it primarily an industrial town, known as the “Hometown of Foundry” and the “Hometown of Coal.” The town has vigorously developed both agriculture and industry, and urban construction has progressed rapidly.
