Zhangjiajie Wanfu Hot Springs is an ancient natural free-flowing hot spring, originating from deep underground structural fissure water. It is drinkable and suitable for bathing, appearing crystal clear to the eye and bringing relaxation to both body and mind upon immersion. With a constant flow rate of 0.39 m³/s year-round and a temperature of 58°C, it is rich in various natural minerals beneficial to human health such as fluorine, lithium, metaboric acid, metasilicic acid, and radon. The hardworking Tujia people and local residents affectionately call it “Wanfu Hot Springs.” Before a young woman gets married, it is customary for her to bathe here to purify herself, symbolizing peace and health — hence the saying “a soak in the hot springs brings a thousand blessings.” Centered around the cultural theme of "blessings," Wanfu Hot Springs features a four-star hot spring hotel (Wanfu Building), with over 140 standard double rooms, single rooms, luxury suites, and director suites; three medium to large meeting rooms and multi-functional banquet halls; and more than 40 indoor SPA pools and outdoor hot spring pools of varying sizes and functions, all built in the sunlit areas of Wanfu Hot Springs and arranged in an orderly fashion.
