Lin Yunan’s Former Residence

Located in Linjiadawan, Huilong Town, Tuanfeng County. Lin Yunan (1898–1931), from Huanggang, Hubei Province, was one of the early leaders of the Chinese workers' movement within the Communist Party of China. He joined the Party in 1921 and once served as the head of the Wuhan branch of the Chinese Labor Secretariat, an executive member and secretary-general of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and a member of the Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial Committee of the CPC. The residence was originally built in the early years of the Republic of China, rebuilt during the Anti-Japanese War, and consists of a single-entry, double-courtyard structure covering an area of 63 square meters with a brick-and-wood frame. It stands as a witness to Lin Yunan’s early life and his gradual path toward revolution, holding significant historical and educational value. (Fifth Batch)
