The resort is fully equipped with a variety of living and entertainment facilities, including dining, guest rooms, large, medium, and small meeting rooms, chess and card rooms, table tennis rooms, billiard rooms, karaoke rooms, hot air balloons, zip lines, and outdoor expansion activities, as well as services for business events. It is the top choice for leisure vacations, sightseeing, conferences and training, fitness, chess and card entertainment, and expansion training. It is also known as a land of ecological wellness and longevity. The wild, high-quality bracken unique to Longfeng Mountain is tender, delicious, and highly nutritious. Picking wild bracken, digging bamboo shoots, and tasting black delicacies at Longfeng Villa have become major highlights for many visitors. Longfeng Villa currently has seven major industries: ecotourism (highlighting local, special, and wild foods in dining; high, spacious, and clean accommodations; and rest, wellness, and training in activities), ecological agriculture (emphasizing specialty, premium, and innovative produce), three-dimensional forestry (highlighting growth, flowers, and fruits), specialty breeding (emphasizing natural, traditional, and free-range methods), agricultural by-product processing (emphasizing tradition, authenticity, and quality), farmer training schools (focusing on science, agriculture, and relevance), and outdoor expansion (focusing on education, fun, and thrill). These seven industries support and complement one another. The farmer training school drives crop cultivation, which in turn supports agricultural by-product processing. Three-dimensional forestry boosts breeding, while ecological forestry and specialty agriculture experiences promote ecotourism. Meanwhile, the resort’s infrastructure hosts a high-tech farmer training school, gradually forming an integrated ecological agriculture industry chain. The villa now has 2,028 member households and benefits over 5,000 households, increasing each person's annual net income by more than 20,000 yuan. It also supports six surrounding administrative villages, increasing their collective annual income by over 200,000 yuan. To date, 11,000 acres have been afforested. Recreational forest areas are divided and named “Red Third Army Memorial Forest,” “Generals’ Hometown Scenic Forest,” “Youth Patriotic Education Base Forest,” “JinPai Health Forest,” and “Wealthy Camphor Forest,” each inscribed with couplets by renowned calligraphers and public figures.
