Longshan Bao'en Temple is a thousand-year-old ancient temple renowned throughout Jingchu. The original Longshan Bao'en Temple was destroyed in war, but the current one in Zhongxiang has undergone multiple renovations and was completed in its reconstruction on October 14, 2002. It is the only large-scale, formal Buddhist temple in the Zhongxiang area. Buddhism is divided into eight major sects, and Longshan Bao'en Temple belongs to the Pure Land Sect among them. This temple enjoys a thriving incense offering culture, and its abbot is Master Kuanxiang.
