The Rhinoceros Cave Site is a cultural relic protection unit of Hubei Province.

Rhinoceros Cave Site

A Paleolithic cave site located in the Hongping Forest Farm of Tianjiashan Township, Shennongjia Forestry District. The cave stretches about 130 meters in length and contains thick cultural deposits. Excavations have uncovered numerous ancient animal fossils and chipped stone tools. This site holds significant value for studying ancient human history and the geographical environment. (Fifth Batch)
