Qixingzhai Scenic Area

Qixingzhai Scenic Area is situated in the northeastern part of Enshi City, approximately 40 kilometers from downtown. It comprises the Yunlong River Rift Valley, Dalongmen, Zhonglongmen, Xiaolongmen, and steep cliffs. The area primarily showcases geological features including rift valleys, cliffs, unique peaks, and canyons, embodying the highlight of the Qingjiang Grand Fault landscape. With a total area of 23.9 square kilometers, the karst landforms here are unique—typically, regions have either cliffs or peak forests, but not both. However, the Enshi Grand Canyon boasts both on a grand scale and of high quality. It features towering cliffs hundreds of meters deep nestled among clustered peaks, as well as steep cliffs rising abruptly above the ridges. There is also a 20-kilometer-long rift valley and fissure, making it a typical and distinctive karst geological formation.

1. Children between 1.2m and 1.4m in height, and full-time university students (undergraduate level and below), must present their student ID;

2. Seniors aged 60 (inclusive) to 70 (exclusive) may present valid identification documents as stipulated by national regulations;
